Laying in bed thinking of all the things I would like to include in a blog and finally decided to get up and do it. I want to be able to share the importance of family values including those groups important to me - the beef & dairy industry, cancer awareness (since my husband is a survivor and I lost both parents to cancer), my Italian heritage, and good old fashion values. Oh yeah and the belief that true San Franciscians have an accent frequently confused with a New York accent and that they strongly are against calling it "Frisco".
Join me on my venture into blogging as a way to stay in touch with family and friends and a sounding board for those things important in my life!
Looking forward to the cancer walk in September. Hope to have the whole clan there.
ReplyDeleteI am struggling with this. Joe
ReplyDeleteNever call it "Frisco". The locals never do and we can always spot an outsider that way. But was there a time when it was hip to call it Frisco? Like back in the James Dean days?
ReplyDeleteNO Pam!!! It was never ok to call it Frisco - unless you were Clark Gable and he could call it anything he wanted!
